3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

Orders: All orders must be placed through our Pixieset store. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Payment: Payments are processed securely through Pixieset. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Digital Products: Digital downloads will be available within 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.

Physical Products: Physical items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs may apply.

6. Usage Rights

Digital Downloads: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital photos for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Physical Products: Physical prints and canvases are for personal display only and may not be reproduced or resold.

7. Intellectual Property: All photos and content provided by us are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our photos without our prior written consent.
